Cooking Classes

Join us for our hands-on pizza and pasta making classes!

Want to learn the secrets of making the perfect Italian pizza or pasta?  Our cooking classes are designed to cater for all levels of experience.

Our classes include 1.5 hours in the kitchen with our chefs, learning everything you need to know on how to make your perfect pasta or pizza. You will be greeted with refreshements on arrival and following the cooking class you will sit down to enjoy a dinner with wine/ drinks. The cost per person is £60.

Pizza making classes; from crust to sauce

Our Pizzaiolo will demonstrate how to prepare a traditional Italian pizza: from choosing the flour to preparing the dough and tomato sauce, before discussing the variety of toppings.

Pasta making classes

Enjoy a day discovering how to make dough, roll fresh pasta and prepare a variety of pasta shapes. Roll up your sleeves up and learn how to cook a variety of sauces and fillings. You will learn new cooking tips that will give the confident to recreate the recipes at home and invite your friends for an Italian pasta feast.
